I started working at Hyatt Inclusive Collection in March 2022, specifically at Dreams Natura Resort & Spa, a luxury all-inclusive resort designed for family vacations.
My role involved leading social media networks like Instagram and Facebook and managing guest reviews and brand positioning on TripAdvisor, Booking, and Expedia.
Despite the initial challenge of my assistant quitting, I successfully grew the resort’s Instagram following from 16K to 33K in one year through organic strategies and influencer collaborations. I also took charge of creating and publishing high-quality photography and videos, working closely with various departments and professional videographers to capture the essence of family vacations.

Before creating content, it is crucial to understand the brand and audience. I utilized my marketing knowledge to develop solid strategies, delivering monthly reports while keeping our KPIs in mind. Maintaining high-quality collaborations with blogger moms this allowed us to advertise organically. For TripAdvisor, Booking, and Expedia, I used AI tools to ensure superior online service, training other departments for effective follow-up.
Also I led the “MICE Commercial” project, coordinating with arrobainternational.com as the in-house producer. This involved managing suppliers for six event scenes and logistics with our staff to minimize guest disruption during our 90% occupancy.
