We managed over 35 diverse social media accounts for the Official Tourism Council of Quintana Roo with Enlinea Agency across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, and YouTube. These included key destinations like Cancún, Riviera Maya, Tulum, Isla Mujeres, Cozumel, and 10 additional locations across the region.
Our team was responsible for leading a group of community managers, ensuring consistency in content quality, brand voice, and compliance with performance KPIs. We conducted ongoing trend analysis, competitive benchmarking, and developed strategic partnerships with hotels, restaurants, and campaign collaborators. Our team, alongside our professional photographer, had the opportunity to experience the event up close, connecting with prominent figures such as David Bisbal, Michael Bublé, and Enzo Vogrincic, lead actor in the acclaimed film The Snow Society, among many others.
