These platforms include Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X and YouTube, each crucial for amplifying the voice of the Official Tourism Council of Quintana Roo. Managing destinations like Cancun, Riviera Maya, Tulum, Isla Mujeres, Cozumel, and 10 other unique locales across Quintana Roo requires meticulous coordination to ensure consistent quality and adherence to KPIs. My responsibilities also include trend monitoring, competitive analysis, and fostering partnerships with hotels, restaurants, and campaign collaborations..

Covering the prestigious Premios Platino event was a highlight of my career, celebrating the artistic achievements of Spanish and Latin American filmmakers. Held annually, the event serves as a platform for recognizing cinematic excellence across Latin America and Europe.

Accompanied by our photographer, I had the privilege of networking with esteemed artists such as David Bisbal, Michael Bublé, and Enzo Vogrincic, the lead from the acclaimed film ‘The Snow Society,’ among others.
