Our agency began working with Hyatt Inclusive Collection in March 2023, specifically partnering with Dreams Natura Resort & Spa, a luxury all-inclusive resort in Cancun, Riviera Maya, where we applied our expertise in luxury hotel marketing to enhance its brand presence.
At PL Studio we were responsible for managing and leading the resort’s presence across key social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TripAdvisor, Booking, and Expedia.
Through organic strategies and strategic influencer collaborations, we successfully grew the resort’s Instagram following from 16K to 33K within one year. Our team also handled the creation and publication of high-quality photography and video content, collaborating closely with internal departments and professional videographers to authentically capture and showcase the essence of family vacations.
