For luxury real estate developers, marketing goes far beyond social media, it requires a cohesive ecosystem designed to support both brand positioning and sales.
Over the past year, we have worked closely with Deelum as an extension of their team, developing a comprehensive marketing approach tailored to their projects and audience.
Starting with social media, we focused on creating content that reflects the architectural identity and lifestyle behind each property, helping grow their audience from 8.5K to 11K followers, reaching a key milestone between July and December.
However, understanding that real estate marketing requires a multi-layered strategy, we expanded our work into a full digital ecosystem, including:
- SEO and SEM strategy to increase visibility and attract qualified traffic
- Website optimization aligned with user experience and conversion
- Graphic design for sales materials used by both clients and brokers
